NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF STA. MAGDALENA, SORSOGON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to submit offers to implement the hereunder project:
Name of Project: Replacement of Mini Dump Truck Cabin
Location: LGU, New Municipal Hall, Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon
Brief Description: Supply of Materials & Installation of Mini Dump Truck Cabin including
electrical & controls.
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 130,000.00
Funding Source: MOOE
Delivery Period: Forty Five (45) calendar days
Prospective negotiators should have experience in undertaking a similar delivery & supply within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding.
All particulars relative to Evaluation of Offers, Post-Offer Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Prospective bidders should be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) at www.philgeps.net.

The LGU Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to annul the negotiation process, and to reject all offers at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
