As part of the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP) implemented under RA 11285 headed by the Department of Energy - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Public Sector Management Division (DOE-EPSMD), the Philippine National Oil Company Renewables Corporation (PNOC RC).
The purpose of the energy audit is to determine the level of energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation. Likewise, the DOE intend to conduct the initial exploration of the RE resources in the area for possible energy generation.
